• This contest is organized by Fine Otel Turizm İşletmecilik A.Ş. (The Land of Legends) and is conducted outside the scope of the National Lottery Administration permit requirements pursuant to the letter dated 22.05.2026 and numbered E-24951361-255.05.02-91122.

• Between 05.06.2026 and 15.06.2026 (23:59), participants who log in to Instagram, follow @thelandoflegends and @landoflegendsstore, like the campaign post, creatively answer the question “Describe your dream world of fun in a single slogan!” in the comments, and tag one friend will be eligible to participate in the contest.

• Entries will be evaluated by a jury based on originality, relevance to the theme, and creativity. As a result of the evaluation, 106 participants will receive The Land of Legends Theme Park tickets and 50 participants will receive The Land of Legends Store gift packages.

• The Theme Park ticket prize is valid until December 31, 2026.

• Contest results will be announced on June 22, 2026, via the @thelandoflegends and @landoflegendsstore Instagram accounts.

• Winners must submit their complete contact information via Direct Message (DM) to @thelandoflegends or @landoflegendsstore no later than June 30, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

• By participating, entrants consent to being contacted using the information they provide.

• Participation is open only to individual users. Entries submitted on behalf of any institution, organization, community, or website are not eligible and cannot claim any prize.

• The Land of Legends is solely responsible for the organization of this contest.

• Employees of The Land of Legends, U2 Tanıtım ve Promosyon Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti., and individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate. If such individuals are selected as winners, prizes will not be awarded.

• Employees of companies providing creative, technical, or operational support to the contest before, during, or after the campaign are not eligible to participate. Any prizes awarded to such participants will be deemed invalid.

• By entering the contest, participants acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and the applicable privacy rules.

• Each participation during the campaign period constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

• Entries must not infringe upon the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or any other rights of third parties. Entries must not contain violence, copyright infringement, or unlawful material. Any responsibility arising from such violations belongs solely to the participant.

• Entries must not contain offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

• Entries must not promote prejudice, racism, hatred, violence, or discrimination based on gender, religion, nationality, sexual identity, age, or any other protected characteristic.

• By participating, entrants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information by The Land of Legends.

• Participants expressly consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and acknowledge that such data may be recorded, stored, maintained, transferred, categorized, and otherwise processed as required.

• Participants may not submit any content that violates another person's or entity's privacy rights, personality rights, publication rights, or intellectual and industrial property rights. Any legal liability arising from such content shall rest solely with the participant.

• Participants agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property, commercial, and legal regulations.

• The Land of Legends shall not be held responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or damages that may occur during participation in the contest.

• By participating, entrants agree to all rules stated herein. Compliance with these rules shall be evaluated exclusively by The Land of Legends.

• The Land of Legends reserves the right to disqualify participants and invalidate all related entries without prior notice if fraudulent activity, manipulation, or unfair advantage is detected.

• Winners agree that their names may be announced through The Land of Legends social media accounts and related communication channels.

• The Land of Legends reserves the right to monitor, review, and verify compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

• In the event of any dispute arising from the contest, The Land of Legends' records shall constitute the primary basis for resolution.

• The Land of Legends reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, suspend the contest, or terminate it at any time.
