("Company") as the data controller within the scope described below.

4. Application Procedures and Principles
Requests relating to your rights as a data subject under Article 11 of PDP Law No. 6698 can be made by filling out the Application Form for the Protection of Personal Data that can be accessed from our website, or through an application that meets the minimum conditions stipulated by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, using the following methods. As the Company, we will finalize your application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. It should be noted that any additional cost associated with the transaction will be subject to a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board that will be charged by the company.
