Individual participation is allowed for guests aged 8 and above. Children aged 4–7 may participate only when accompanied by a parent.

The activity is conducted in groups of up to 10 participants.

The program duration is approximately 10 minutes.

Takes place in shallow water and offers the opportunity to touch and feed stingrays.

Pregnant individuals and those with serious health conditions are not allowed to participate.

Participants must arrive at the  Waterfront Kingdom Reservation Point area 15 minutes before the session to receive information and equipment.

In case of non-compliance with the rules or park instructions, the facility reserves the right to cancel the ticket without refund.

All activities are non-refundable. The facility reserves the right to change session times if necessary.
